This landmark edition celebrates 100 years since the inaugural Central American and Caribbean Games, making it one of the most significant sporting events in the region’s history.
Hosted for the third time by the Dominican Republic, the Games will bring together thousands of elite athletes from across Central America and the Caribbean to compete in an exciting lineup of sports, including athletics, swimming, basketball, baseball, football, volleyball, handball, cycling, triathlon, Basque pelota, and many more.
